REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Travel & Booking Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the booking or service.

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
  • Some bookings may be partially refundable.
  • Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Third-party vendor cancellation policies may apply.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–15 business days depending on the payment provider or banking system.


Non-Refundable Situations

Product Refunds
