Travel & Booking Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the booking or service.
Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
- Some bookings may be partially refundable.
- Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
- Third-party vendor cancellation policies may apply.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–15 business days depending on the payment provider or banking system.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not apply in situations involving:
- Last-minute cancellations
- No-shows
- User negligence
- Policy violations
- Force majeure events
- Vendor-related restrictions
Product Refunds
Physical products may be eligible for replacement or refund only if:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
- Product significantly differs from description
Claims should be reported within a reasonable period after delivery.
Digital or Experience-Based Services
Meditation sessions, consultations, guidance services, or digital experiences may be non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
